Delivery and Returns
We offer FREE and FAST UK Mainland Delivery on all rugs seen on the website.
The average delivery time is between 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays). Once your order is received, we’ll process it at the earliest and send you the dispatch confirmation email with tracking details for your information. You may also receive an email or SMS notification from the couriers with instructions to change delivery day or location that suits you.
The remote Scottish regions, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Sicily Isles, Shetlands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight will incur a delivery charge of £14.95.
Once the order is received, we aim to dispatch the orders on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation for dispatch of the order with the
courier tracking details to track the whereabouts of your parcel and re-schedule or arrange collection as per your convenience.
Delivery will be made using our professional couriers who will ensure that your parcel gets delivered on time and securely.
All deliveries will require a signature. If no one is available at the delivery address, a card will be left with contact details for the courier and a response must be made within 7 days. Failure to respond to the courier's card will result in your rug being returned to us and an additional postage charge will be incurred.
Terms of Sale
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event that the goods are unavailable, mis-priced or cleared funds are not received. Please take into consideration that all the sizes stated are approximate and the colours in product images may appear slightly different depending on the resolution and settings of your screen, of which we cannot be held responsible for.
Hassle Free Returns Policy
You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days from delivery. Please request for return through Returns Form with order details, you will then receive a returns number that must be specified in the returns package. Upon receipt of the returns made as per our returns policy, full product price will be refunded back.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete in as sold condition (e.g, if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 30 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will not be accepted.
